The End of Operation 180

I started at 261.4 and I lost 70.4 lbs. I have changed my life in a 180 days. I really believe that anyone can do it. You can't do it alone. Thanks to everyone who has given me encouragement. I have really felt part of a community. Thanks to Tara for putting up with me. I think I've made a lifestyle change that will last a life time. Stay tuned for a new Operation 180 starting when I get back. Its been a blast.
